Prior to joining Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young as an associate, Kohrs worked as a legal clerk during law school at a boutique real estate law firm, where he gained experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures for many types of clients.

Kohrs received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.
