Miranda McCormick comes to Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP with a broad background in real estate transactional matters, including development, acquisitions, and entitlements. She has worked with a variety of clients on complex real estate projects at various stages of the transaction process.

McCormick earned dual B.A. degrees in Psychological Sciences and Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine. She received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the UCLA Law Review, was a board member of the El Centro Legal Clinic, and graduated with Pro Bono Distinction.
