Prior to joining Iaffaldano, Shaw & Young LLP, Sharim worked as a legal clerk at a mid-sized firm where she represented providers and suppliers in all aspects of their real estate, land use, business, litigation and regulatory transactions.

Sharim received her B.A. in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Southern California, and received the award for attaining the highest scholarship average of all women at USC. She received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where she served as the Content Editor of the Review of Law and Social Justice Journal, was a member of the Law for Business Journal, and held several teaching assistant positions. Sharim is a member of the California State Bar.
